Get xlsx sheet data for county

This function is called from GetCountyInputs.

GetCountySheets(county1, county.dt, doses.dt, remote = FALSE)

Arguments

county1	a character string giving the name of the county
county.dt	a data.table object returned from GetCountyData
doses.dt	a data.table object returned from GetDosesData
remote	a logical value, if TRUE download all data from remotes, otherwise use local data
